Terms of Sale

Before placing any order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepts these Terms of Sale without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern online sales between ("the Seller") and any non-professional individual customer ("the Customer") on the website rflowsystems.com.

2. Products

The Seller markets a portable mini air purifier (model R-Flow) equipped with a HEPA H13 filter, an activated carbon filter, and a negative ionization system. Detailed technical characteristics are described on the product page.

Photographs and visuals illustrating the products are not contractual and are provided for indicative purposes. The Seller reserves the right to modify product characteristics without prior notice, provided such modifications do not significantly alter the essential qualities of the product.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) for US customers and in euros (EUR) including all taxes for EU customers, excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before final order validation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order validation.

4. Order placement

Orders are validated after:

Selection of one or more products in the cart;
Provision of delivery and billing details;
Choice of shipping method;
Acceptance of these Terms;
Effective payment.

An order confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the address provided by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute, manifest pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order via the secure Shopify Payments module (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay).

No payment data is stored by the Seller. Payment information is transmitted encrypted to the banking provider.

6. Shipping

6.1 Zones and lead times

Products are shipped to the addresses provided at checkout, in the following zones:

European Union: 7 to 14 business days
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10 to 18 business days

Lead times start from order confirmation and are indicative. Delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to any indemnity, except if the delay exceeds 30 business days, in which case the Customer may request order cancellation and full refund.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are borne exclusively by the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal / Returns

EU customers benefit from a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from product receipt under articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, without need to justify the decision.

In addition, the Seller offers a 30-day satisfaction-or-refund guarantee from product receipt, applicable worldwide.

Return conditions

Product returned in original packaging, complete and in new condition;
Filter unused (hygiene) or sealed protection intact;
Notification by email to before shipment;
Return shipping costs borne by the Customer, except for defective products.

Refund is processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

8. Warranties

8.1 Statutory legal warranty

EU customers benefit from the statutory legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from product delivery, as well as the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). US customers benefit from applicable state implied warranties.

To invoke these warranties, the Customer must contact stating the nature of the defect and providing relevant supporting documents.

8.2 Commercial warranty

A commercial warranty of is offered on the product, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty excludes normal wear, damage caused by misuse, non-compliance with instructions, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized intervention.

9. Liability

The R-Flow product is a domestic air purifier. It is not a medical device and does not substitute for medical treatment. In the presence of respiratory or allergic conditions, the Customer is invited to consult a healthcare professional.

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from non-compliant use of the product, non-compliance with operating instructions, or force majeure.

11. Personal data

Personal data collected through orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Promotional codes

Promotional codes are nominative, non-cumulative unless otherwise indicated, valid only during the indicated period, and applicable on the product price (excluding shipping). A promotional code does not entitle to any cash refund or other compensation. In case of partial or full return of an order using a promotional code, refund is limited to the amount actually paid.

13. Force majeure

The Seller cannot be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined under article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to: strikes, lockouts, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, terrorist attacks, telecommunications or energy network failures, supply chain disruptions.

14. Electronic equipment recycling (WEEE)

In accordance with EU Directive 2012/19/EU and articles L.541-10-1 of the French Environmental Code, the R-Flow product as electrical and electronic equipment is subject to selective end-of-life collection. Customers should not dispose of it with household waste, but deposit it at an approved collection point (waste center, distributor, take-back point).

The Seller pays the WEEE eco-contribution to under unique identifier .

15. Modifications

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Applicable Terms are those in force at the date of order validation. Any substantial modification will be notified on the site and to registered customers by email.

16. Archiving and proof

Orders, invoices, and these Terms are archived by the Seller on a reliable and durable medium pursuant to article 1366 of the French Civil Code, and may be produced as evidence in case of dispute.

17. Severability

If one or more provisions of these Terms are declared null or inapplicable under a law, regulation, or final judicial decision, the remaining provisions shall retain full force and effect.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought as a priority.

EU consumer customers may use the consumer mediator the Seller adheres to (details on Legal Notices), or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
